No. Healera is a psychosomatic coaching app, not a medical device or therapist. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services. For ongoing mental-health concerns, please work with a licensed professional.

How private is my data?

Your diary entries and coach conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party models. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Which languages are supported?

The app and AI coach work in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Croatian today. More languages are coming.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Premium cancels in one tap from your App Store subscriptions — no phone calls, no "retention offers".

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Everything works on iPhone alone. Apple Health integration is optional if you want to pull sleep or HRV automatically.

How do exercises work?

How does the AI personalize my experience?

During onboarding, Healera asks about your health, emotional state, lifestyle, beliefs, and goals. Your AI coach uses these insights — along with your diary entries, mood patterns, and exercise feedback — to tailor conversations and assign exercises that fit your specific needs. The more you use the app, the better it understands you.

What types of exercises does Healera offer?

Healera includes a wide range of psychosomatic techniques: diaphragmatic breathing, body scan meditation, protective visualization, NLP cognitive reappraisal, EFT tapping, self-hypnosis, affirmation practices, and more. Your coach assigns the right exercise based on where you are in your journey.

Can I use voice messages with the coach?

Yes. You can try Premium free before committing. The trial starts when you subscribe through the App Store, and you won't be charged until it ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Will there be an Android version?

Healera is currently available on iOS only. An Android version is on our roadmap — stay tuned.

How do reminders work?

Healera can send you gentle push notifications to remind you about your daily practice. You can enable or disable notifications anytime in your profile settings.
