These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healera mobile application and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Healera is a wellness coaching application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or mental health professional.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, stop using the app and contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified provider for medical concerns.
You agree not to:
Healera offers a free tier with limited daily coach messages, and a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited messages, full diary history, and personalized insights.
You retain ownership of everything you write, record, or submit through Healera ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content so we can provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train third‑party models.
Healera, the logo, the app content, and the underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own wellness journey.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or if your use poses a risk to others or to the Service. Upon termination, the licence to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that the AI coach's responses will be accurate or suitable for your particular situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or 50 €, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
