A Wellness library with clinical tests and guided audio, a new Tracking tab that connects how you feel to space weather and the moon, and five more languages — seventeen in total.
NewThe Exercises tab has become Wellness, with three sections you can swipe between: Exercises, Tests and Audio.
NewTests: validated clinical questionnaires — PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10 and WHO-5 — with a plain explanation of your score and a history of past results.
NewAudio: guided sessions with a proper player. It keeps playing when you leave the app, and you can pause or skip from the lock screen.
NewA Tracking tab holding three sections: your Diary, Magnetic Storms and Moon. It's open to everyone — only adding entries and tracking symptoms need a subscription.
NewMagnetic Storms: the current geomagnetic level and the days ahead, taken from real space-weather data, next to the symptoms you tick off each day.
NewMoon: the current phase and how lit it is, plus the quarters and eclipses coming up. It works offline and never asks for your location.
NewBoth sections show how often each symptom of yours coincides with a storm or a full moon, as a simple percentage.
NewYou can add your own symptoms — up to twenty — alongside the six we start you with.
NewOptional alerts before a strong storm or a full moon, and a nudge to log how you slept afterwards. Each one can be turned off on its own.
NewBrazilian Portuguese, Turkish, Traditional Chinese, Korean and Indonesian — the interface, your coach, every exercise and test, and the emails we send.
ImprovedYour coach now sees your test results, the symptoms you track and how they line up with storms and the moon, so it can respond to what you're actually going through.
ImprovedThe wellness chart on your home screen counts test results and tracked symptoms, not just finished exercises.
ImprovedThe diary lets you tick symptoms straight from the entry, instead of opening a separate window.
ImprovedTraditional and Simplified Chinese are now separate: readers in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau get Traditional automatically.
FixedThe app could close itself when you opened Tracking on iOS 26.
FixedAudio stayed silent after you had spoken to your coach, until you restarted the app.
FixedPremium is recognised again after restoring a purchase or signing up anew, and a lapsed subscription no longer lingers as active.
FixedNotifications could stop arriving after a reinstall; the app now quietly repairs its own registration.
FixedLinks from emails and notifications now open the exact section they promise.
FixedDates now follow your language everywhere, instead of falling back to the US format.
