These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healera mobile application and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Healera is a psychosomatic coaching application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or mental health professional.
The exercises, insights, and conversations provided by Healera are for informational and self‑improvement purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, stop using the app and contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Healera offers a free tier with limited daily AI coach messages. A Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks unlimited coach messages, full diary history, all exercises, and detailed progress insights.
You retain ownership of everything you write or submit through Healera ("Your Content"), including diary entries, assessment answers, and coach messages.
You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train third‑party AI models.
Healera's AI coach is powered by OpenAI, a third‑party artificial intelligence service. To generate personalized coaching responses, the following data is sent to OpenAI for processing:
Before your data is shared with OpenAI, the app will ask for your explicit consent. If you do not consent, you will not be able to use the AI coaching feature. Under OpenAI's API data usage policy, your data is not used to train OpenAI's models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Responses from the AI coach, exercise recommendations, and insights generated by Healera are produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:
Healera, the logo, the app content, exercise library, AI coaching methodology, and the underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial use.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use poses a risk to others or to the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that the AI coach's responses will be accurate or suitable for your particular situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Healera and its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, emotional distress, or reliance on AI‑generated content.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 50 €, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Healera is registered.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
